Whitecroft Gardens, by Beau Property, is a carefully curated collection of seven luxurious four-bedroom homes nestled in the tranquil village of Southborough, Kent.
Every house draws on refined architectural detailing and a blend of elegant design and comfort, creating tranquil retreats that harmonise rural charm with excellent commuter links to London.
Beau Property transformed the Whitecroft Gardens’ site into striking three-storey houses where VELUX roof windows flood every corner with daylight, creating breathtakingly healthy spaces. From show-stopping bathrooms to balcony windows that wow on first sight, every detail has been crafted for sustainable, healthy living.
At the centre of Whitecroft Gardens is a bold design challenge: making the most of three storeys, including what would traditionally be a dark loft space. VELUX roof windows were vital to solving this challenge as they now flood every corner with natural light.
To see the difference between rooms with and without rooflights, VELUX supported Beau Property by providing a before-and-after daylight analysis, demonstrating just how transformative daylight would be in Whitecroft Gardens. By incorporating them, the outcome is a collection of homes where bathrooms, bedrooms and even dressing spaces feel bigger and brighter. Each level has been designed to encapsulate daylight, so that each home rises above convention in every sense.
VELUX are backdating their carbon footprint to be carbon natural from when they first started the company. All their packaging is fully sustainable. You don’t have all the horrible white plastic that gets broken up into little bits and blows around the site. They’ve thought of everything from start to finish.
